Notes:
Cannot be fought with wands, but must be "cheered up" using a sparkler. Kiddie sparkler, New York Sparkler or Curious Sparkler will all work on Vinnys. Vinnys in the Abandoned Bronx Tunnels will fight back and drain energy (health), but they won't drop as much junk as the Vinnys in New York. Only Vinnys in New York will drop healing Pretzels though.
