You can find Pau Pipo ingame in HKO in the Prince's Quarter in Beijing in the south-western part (bottom left) of the city surrounded by merchants. His quarters aren't locked.

Pau Pipo was born on July 30th, he is the prince of Planet Giraffe. He is a little bit spoiled and hates to be left alone. He likes to share conversations in his native language, known as "Pau-Pipo".
