You can find Patapata Peppy ingame in HKO in the middle of Florapolis, close to the north-east exit, asking you for help.
Peppy is a very curious boy owl. He was born on August 26th, in Moonrise Forest, which lies deep in the heart of the north woods. This adventurous owl is able to fly close to the ground. His best friend is a bee. Peppy loves to take naps, but can be a little hasty when awake. He is often seen with a nut or cherry in his mouth, as these are his favorite snacks.
Patapatapeppy's character was devised by Sanrio in 1991. His story is currently discontinued; maybe because he was created by
Matsubayashi Atsushi, who now has his own company and does not work for Sanrio anymore.
